Come On, Come In

There are moments in life that can't be helped.
The death of a friend or family member, bad results on an exam paper, loud neighbours...
Things we just don't have control over. They drive us crazy, trying to find an alternate solution for them, to somehow backdoor yourself into a way to fix them.

Not all unexpected moments have to be negative, though. There are those times where you weren't in the loop, and it ended up being a good thing.
Like a surprise party, or an unexpected kiss, or a phone call from an old friend.

Being oblivious or naïve may not be what you'd like to be described as. But there are times where you can't hold the world in your hand; you have to let it go and see what comes of it.

After all, what is the fun of fate if you can't meddle with it and make it your own?
